How to Order

The shop is being designed so that you will be able to make payments via paypal.

However, until it is up and running you may place orders via the "contact" page.

For orders from outside of the UK, please email me for details.

All works are unframed. Frames by arrangement at additional cost.

HOW IT WORKS:

You provide me with a good photo, or photos, of your pet. The better the photo, the better the portrait I can produce. This can be posted, or if you are local to Newmarket, I can collect. I will also ascertain your requirements in full.

If your photos are precious and you only have one copy, I recommend that you have a copy made prior to sending, or email me a copy. All photos will be returned.

When completed, usually within 1 - 2 weeks, but may be longer during busier periods, I will post or email you a proof. If you are pleased with the portrait, the balance of the money will be due and you will receive your portrait. If applicable, I will aim to change any aspect of the portrait where possible, to achieve a likeness that you are satisfied with.

Please note, if you are dissatisfied with the result, there is no obligation to buy, but the deposit paid is non refundable.

I will seek your permission before using your accepted portrait on my website for advertising purposes.

UNPAID FOR COMMISSIONS OR CANCELLED WORKS WILL BE SOLD WITHIN 90 DAYS......
